Beside other models like brokerage, advertising etc.,, I think feedback plays vital role in every field and it includes E-commerce too.Or we can say that survey so that the E-commerce companies came to know what is the actual thing customer and consumer wants.

Rather to focus on big retailers, the E-Commerce companies should now to focus on rural areas people who manufacture their product without using machinery and harming environment.

Doing survey is also a good way to know our customer more closely.

Yes I am with the statement of Bharat as the people in backward areas also need exposure and its only E-commerce who can help them in there livelihood just by selling there product by do promotion. This will automatically reduce the unemployment percentage of nation as talent are also there where we doesn't even think to look for.
